Who is Ryū Fujisaki

His unmistakable style — rounded, pop and full of strange designs — was already visible in Psycho+ (1992–1993) and returned in Wāqwāq (2004–2005). Hōshin Engi was adapted into an anime in 1999 and again in 2018. He later drew Shiki for Jump SQ and Legend of the Galactic Heroes for Young Jump.
