Boichi
Boichi is a South Korean artist, born in Seoul, who built his career in Japan with seinen series such as Sun-Ken Rock and Origin before reaching Weekly Shōnen Jump as the artist of Dr.
Stone (2017–2022), written by Riichiro Inagaki. His hyper-detailed, realistic style — from stone-covered landscapes to step-by-step scientific inventions — gave the story of Senku, who sets out to rebuild civilisation from scratch, its unmistakable look. The series was adapted into an anime in 2019.

Dr. Stone debuted in Weekly Shōnen Jump No. 14 · 2017, on sale March 6, 2017. That same issue also carried One Piece, Gintama and Haikyu!! Its last chapter in the magazine, number 232, ran in No. 14 · 2022 (March 7, 2022), after 5 years of serialization.
