Who is Tsukasa Hōjō

He made his name with Cat's Eye (1981–1985), about three sisters who run a café by day and steal art by night, and then created Ryo Saeba, the Shinjuku 'sweeper' as deadly with a gun as he is hopeless with women. City Hunter (1985–1991) became a long-running anime and inspired live-action films from Hong Kong (with Jackie Chan, 1993) to Japan (Netflix, 2024). In 2000 he co-founded the publisher Coamix with Tetsuo Hara and editor Nobuhiko Horie.
