What it is about
Ichi the Witch (Madan no Ichi) debuted in Weekly Shōnen Jump issue 2760 on August 26, 2024. Written by Osamu Nishi (Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun) and illustrated by Shiro Usazaki (Act-Age), it is set in a world where magic must be hunted: deep in the forest, the fearsome King of Magic battles the strongest witch — until a young hunter named Ichi joins the fight and becomes the world's first male magic user. The fantasy-action series has been collected in over 8 volumes. Its debut issue also carried One Piece, Me and Roboco and Sakamoto Days.
